Kyoei Diecast is a casting factory that specializes in employing the diecast method in which products are created by making the liquid raw material flow into specialized dies at high pressure. These dies are made from a special iron into which the shape of the desired product is carved. Using the diecast method, products with cleaner and more accurate dimensions can be produced than is the case with other casting methods.
At present, we are manufacturing automotive parts, light electrical appliance parts, construction-use metallic parts, furnishings, metal trophies, etc. Rather than concentrating on production for highly specialized fields, we manufacture products that are used in a wide range of fields.
Moreover, as a new product development effort, we are producing a variety of goods made from germanium, an achievement that has captured the attention of a long list of media beginning with the national newspaper Sankei Shimbun.
Kyoei Diecast is a manufacturer of dies used for casting many different kinds of products. We also make proposals to our customers with respect to manufacturing all kinds of products and we can participate in all processes from the initial product drawing stage. Moreover, our system does not end with casting, but extends to other processes including machining, surface finishing and packing.
