Koutoku Ideq is grappling with the tasks of improving design quality, reducing the number of many hours required for trial production and experimentation, and shortening the product development period by making use of a variety of analysis tools beginning with 3D-CAD for structural analysis, resin flow analysis, etc.
In addition, we enhance the efficiency of development processes by preventing product problems before they occur, such as through combining compound parts using 3D data and checking the operational interference and inset adjustment of machine parts, the amount of clearance of attached parts, etc.
With 28 units of 50t~80t injection molding machines available at our group companies, we are also adept at special forming of thick-walled shaped products, including PFP forming, counter-pressure forming and sandwich forming, all of which are impossible with ordinary injection molding techniques.
Moreover, we can carry out forming using recycled pet bottles without the need for pelletization.
