The Difference Lies in Using Far-Infrared Radiation
This stove is far-infrared radiation tool designed so that far-infrared radiation is generated by heating a ceramic element. Radiation at far infrared frequencies is absorbed by water and radiated by charcoal. The heat produced by this radiation is called radiant heat. When a food material such as meat absorbs far-infrared radiation, the material itself becomes heated. What this means is that the far-infrared radiation emitted by the charcoal penetrates deep inside the food, minimizing the temperature difference between the surface and center, so that the food is heated uniformly. This occurs because the surface of the charcoal is covered in a thin layer of ash in such a way that the heat passing through the holes in the charcoal generates infrared radiation of wavelengths between 5 and 25 microns. These wavelengths are considered optimal for raising the stove's heating effectiveness.
