Nakano Tanzosho employs a sub press to carry out stamp forging of brass materials, which have superb hot-forging forming characteristics and can be punched in both the horizontal and vertical directions (using the horizontal method and the closed die method).
In line with the demands of users, this process saves on material and reduces the number of cutting process, which leads in particular to an increase in the number of pieces in a given lot, a major benefit for the customer.
Our stamped hollow forged products are employed for a variety of uses including as water heater parts and lightning conductor rod-related parts.
