K-form fabrics are manufactured under a process in which a thin layer of foam rubber measuring 0.1~0.5mm in thickness is placed between two sheets of cloth. K-foam fabrics are well known in Japan as materials for brand bags. Nissin Water Proof is the only company in Japan possessing this special processing technology, with which almost any fabric material can be revitalized as light textured yet firm material combining elasticity with a high class feel.
Moreover, since the rubber used in this process consists almost entirely of natural rubber, K-foam fabrics are environmentally friendly products that do not produce dioxins or environmental hormones. As such, they are gathering attention across a broad section of industry as a material for bag making.
