TAISEI MONAC CO., LTD. engages in processing by first obtaining drawings or CAD data from the customer, using this data to produce machining data, and then manufacturing the completed products through machining, manual processing, painting, etc. Through cast molding, we have succeeded in achieving a remarkable reduction in the number of air bubbles generated at the time of forming, thanks to the use of our own original in-house developed equipment.
This has made it possible to omit post-forming operations to a remarkable extent, thereby cutting costs and shortening delivery times. In the case of transparent parts too, because we are able to keep air bubble generation at a level extremely close to zero, we are able to provide beautifully finished cast-molded products. As a result, both our cast-molded products and our coated products have obtained a very favorable customer response.
With regard to the physical properties of our cast-molded products, the materials that may be employed include ABS, PP, heat-resistant transparent acrylic rubber, and equivalent resins, and we respond to orders for products in a wide range of sizes ranging from small to large (approx. 1200 x 600 x 400mm)
