At Sanyo Spring, we carry out all kinds of metal processing tasks in-house ranging from sheet metal processing to caulking assembly in order to create NC cut products, press products, wire springs, plate springs, wire rods, pipe materials and homing products. Since we operate a total production-to-order system, we don't manufacture our own brand products. Instead, our system is designed to allow us to meet all the customer's instructions with respect to delivery time, quality, etc.
Apart from the above-mentioned processes, we have access to an extensive network of processing specialists to ensure that when consulted we can meet virtually any request. In the case of NC cutting, we installed three Citizen machines in 2004, thereby completing an arrangement of facilities that meets customer demands for total in-house control over NC cutting.
Moreover, our No.2 Factory is equipped with more than 30 machine facilities to cope with all kinds of press production tasks.
Sanyo Spring has established a production system that handles all the processes involved in making virtually any kind of metal-machined product. In addition, our system can cope with processing orders ranging from one-piece trial production to full mass production.
