Upon receiving orders from customers in the manufacturing sector, Sanyo Kakoki carries out design and production of individual and one-of-a-kind machines to meet each company's specific application needs. We possess fully automatic machine production technology that secures excellent sanitation safety while also saving time and reducing personnel costs through the automation of all production processes.
One of our major products is a margarine (or butter) production machine suite that produces and forms homogeneous margarine using an original cutting method for forming strip-shaped pieces in any of 60 different sizes according to the user company's needs. The machine also packs these pieces in sheets and then stacks the packed sheets several layers deep in cardboard boxes.
This machine suite, which is patented, is unique in Japan and for this reason has secured a large share of the oil and fat industry market. Sanyo Kakoki is continuing to focus on the development of innovative food industry machines and searching for new breakthroughs on a daily basis.
Sanyo Kakoki carries out production on an order-made basis of machinery for a wide variety of application fields ranging from the food industry to the precision machinery industry. We handle everything from design drawing to manufacturing and we also undertake careful handcrafted production processing in response to the particular needs of individual customers.
We also promote our original technology, which we have developed in-house and expanded into various fields, to other companies on the basis of its uniqueness.
