We manufacture industrial design parts such as car-navigation/audio panels and two-color formed buttons, etc, and automotive internal parts such as brake oil tanks, etc.
In the home appliance field, we make body parts such as the chassis sections of mobile phones, digital cameras and DVD players.
While in the field of die making, we make proposals concerning the shape of the product in order to reduce the possibility of problems occurring during mass production.
Moreover, in order to pursue dimensional precision and shorten the time required for grinding, we make the surface roughness of the electro-discharge and NC direct carving processes as small as possible, and apply this technique to the light guide plates, etc., for which mirror polishing is required.
