This system is used in combination with an antioxidant effective microorganism (EM) mixture (name Zendama no Tomo), which we developed for the purpose of improving the working environment at metal processing sites while reducing costs, and for use with antioxidant ceramics, which help to generate a synergetic effect.
The system has the following concrete effects. It makes a substantial contribution to reducing overall costs at metal processing work sites by reducing the costs of cutting liquids, cleaning liquids, periodic cleaning and year-end cleaning, as well as by reducing the need for total exchanges of cutting liquid in summer and waste cutting liquid processing expenses, etc.
Moreover, the EM mix is an optimized cultivated mixture of naturally occurring pro-biotic bacteria mainly consisting of lactic acid bacteria, yeast, photosynthetic bacteria, etc. This mix is good for the human body and contributes greatly to the health of the global environment too.
